Online Marketing Manager

We are looking for a motivated and creative Online Marketing Manager to help promote Operia’s rapidly growing cross-channel offerings, messaging, and touch-points throughout the customer lifecycle. 


As a Marketing Manager, you will be an essential part of building our Go-to-Market strategy and will be responsible for developing  product positioning and messaging informed by user research, market insights, and product understanding.


To be successful in this role, you should be a hands-on team player, and a good listener.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Stay informed about competing products and services offered by competitors.
  • Drive and measure a product message and position that stands out in the market.
  • Create, track and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and all marketing material.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration and handling the daily activities and optimization of large, global SEM campaigns.
  • Manage media buyers, email & performance marketing agencies, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to execute marketing projects 
  • Master the current and upcoming product’s technical capabilities and translate them into real-world, relatable product narratives that will be used on Operia’s website, sales collateral, blog posts, and more.
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
  • Work closely with sales, and customer success to identify needs, and sharpen product differentiation, competitiveness, and offerings based on feedback from customers, sales, and competitive offerings.



Role Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in Online Marketing positions, or leading marketing efforts in startups.
  • Excellent communications, copywriting, and presentation skills in English (written, verbal).
  • Excellent storyteller who can translate technical features into clear, compelling, and memorable stories for a range of audiences.
  • Technical understanding
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Proven sales enablement experience.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
